The ledger remembers what the analysts forget: that the 2025 ETH price will not be determined by how many transactions happen on L2s, but by whether those L2s reinforce or undermine the "ETH is money" thesis. My forward-looking judgment is simple. Over the next 6-12 months, watch two signals: (1) Robinhood Chain's sequence decentralization roadmap—if they announce a trustless shared sequencer set, the risk drops dramatically; (2) the ratio of L1 calldata fees paid by Robinhood Chain relative to its total transaction value—if the ratio declines (i.e., they compress more transactions into less calldata), the ETH demand per unit activity drops.
